Based in Fairborn, Ohio, with more than 500 employees across the U.S., Peerless Technologies Corporation has been a successful OASIS SB prime in multiple pools and serves as the mentor partner for the JV. Peerless provides IT, engineering, and program management experience and expertise across a wide array of Department of Defense and non-DoD government customers.


About OASIS 

One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services such as program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.

Customer agencies receive SB credit by using OASIS, which supports competition, even in socioeconomic categories. Through OASIS, agencies can plan socioeconomic set-asides and reserve task orders to meet their goals and support HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB direct awards. With no program ceiling, a five-year base, and one five-year option, OASIS allows long-term planning for complex program requirements.
